  1. Welcome to Perfect Pitch for MS-DOS
  2. -----------------------------------
  3. Perfect Pitch is a program designed for vocalists and instrumentalists who
  4. need to see what they are singing or playing. The program records your voice
  5. or instrumental sound and displays the note you are singing or playing in
  6. real time. You can select a key signature to practice scales and harmonic
  7. intervals. Perfect Pitch features context sensitive help and is very easy to
  8. use. The unregistered version has all of the capabilities of the registered
  9. version (no disabled features) plus a feature to remind you from time to
  10. time to register the program.
  11. The unregistered version may be freely distributed.

  13. The program requires an IBM-PC compatible computer, a Sound Blaster
  14. compatible sound card, a microphone and approx. 200k Byte of disk space.

  16. Perfect Pitch consists of 3 files ...

  19. IWANTIT.TXT - Perfect Pitch Registration form
  20. PP.EXE      - Perfect Pitch program

  22. To install Perfect Pitch, just copy PP.EXE to a directory of your choice.
  23. Run the program and follow the instructions to set up Perfect Pitch for
  24. your sound card, plug in a microphone, and your ready to go.

  26. To register Perfect Pitch, please print out the file IWANTIT.TXT and fill
  27. in the requested information.
  28. You will receive a personal registration code which unlocks the program.
